Students applying for a Certificate or College course should complete the College Enrolment Form.

Those applying for the One year GCE A Level Course which is a recognised Access course to Theology degree studies for the Queen's University, Belfast, should complete the A Level Enrolment Form.

Full-time undergraduate students MUST apply online through UCAS and should also complete a College Undergraduate Enrolment Form (which should be sent to the College by post or email).

Part-time undergraduate students should complete a College Undergraduate Enrolment Form and should request a Queen's University Part-time Undergraduate Application Form from the College by email.

All prospective postgraduates should complete a Queen's online application PLUS a College Postgraduate Enrolment Form
