Vacancy: Senior Administrator – Union Theological College

 To provide confidential administrative support for the Department of Biblical Studies and Accommodation Services.

Essential:

• OCR (RSA) Stage II Word-Processing or equivalent in competence or qualifications
• Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office, in particular, experience of working with spreadsheets and word processing
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A-C) including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications
• At least 3 years’ experience of working in a secretarial role and of having a senior level of responsibility for general administration in an office environment
• At least 3 years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Office
• Willing to work within the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland and of Union Theological College

Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

£19,481 - £22,527 per annum
